1. Introduction
Kick Score ("Kick Score" or the "App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the App, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By downloading or using Kick Score, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

3. Information we collect
3.1 Information stored on your device
When you use Kick Score, the App may store locally on your iPhone or iPad:
- Favorites & preferences — starred matches, teams, leagues, and onboarding selections
- Notification settings — which matches you have scheduled for kickoff alerts
- App settings — in-app state such as disclaimer acceptance and display preferences
We do not require you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number to use core App features.
3.2 Device permissions
Kick Score may request access to:
- Notifications — to alert you when a starred match is about to start
You can revoke notification permission at any time in iPhone Settings → Kick Score.
3.3 Purchases & subscriptions
If you subscribe to Kick Score Pro, payment is processed by Apple. We receive subscription status and related receipt information needed to unlock premium features. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
3.4 Sports data requests
To show live scores, standings, lineups, stats, and news, the App requests match and league data from third-party sports data providers (such as API-Football and ScoreBat). These requests may include technical information such as your IP address, device type, and App version as part of normal API communication. We do not send your personal identity to these providers.
3.5 Analytics & advertising
We may use third-party services that collect limited technical or usage information, such as:
- Google AdMob — if you are not subscribed, the App may show ads; AdMob may collect device and ad interaction data according to Google's policies
- Device type, operating system version, and App version
- Crash or performance data if you opt in to sharing diagnostics with developers via Apple
3.6 App Tracking Transparency
On supported iOS versions, we may ask for permission to track your device across other companies' apps and websites for advertising measurement. If you deny permission, we respect your choice and do not access the advertising identifier (IDFA) for that purpose.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide live scores, standings, match detail, news, and favorites features
- Send match-start notifications you request
- Validate and manage Kick Score Pro subscriptions
- Display ads to non-subscribers and measure ad performance when permitted
- Improve reliability, security, and user experience
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to support requests
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Storage & retention
Favorites, preferences, and notification schedules remain on your device until you delete the App or clear relevant App data. Subscription records are retained as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or accounting requirements.
If you contact support, we retain correspondence for a reasonable period to resolve your request.
6. Sharing & third parties
We may share limited information with:
- Apple Inc. — App Store purchases and system services
- Third-party sports data providers — to retrieve match, league, and news content shown in the App
- Google (AdMob) — advertising as described above
- Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
7. Sports data & content
Kick Score is an independent app and is not affiliated with FIFA, national federations, clubs, or leagues. Match data, logos, and team names are provided by third parties and used for identification and informational purposes only. We do not claim ownership of third-party sports trademarks or media.
8. App tracking & ads
You can control tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your iPhone. Subscribers may see fewer or no ads depending on App configuration. Denying tracking does not block free features that do not require a subscription, subject to feature limits shown in the App.
9. Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent (for example, notification or tracking permissions) at any time via device settings
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (EEA/UK users)
Because most App data is stored on your device, you can remove it by deleting the App or revoking permissions. For subscription management, use Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information as defined by California law.
10. Children
Kick Score is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
11. International users
If you use the App outside your home country, information may be processed on your device and by Apple or service providers in accordance with their terms. By using the App, you understand that those providers may process data in countries where they operate.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the App where appropriate.
