3.1 Information stored on your device
When you use Prank Master, the App may store locally on your iPhone:
- App settings — preferences such as notifications, haptic feedback, and lie detector host mode
- Voice clips — recordings you create with the voice changer, saved on your device
- Subscription state — whether Pro features are unlocked
We do not require you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number to use core App features.
3.2 Device permissions
Prank Master may request access to:
- Microphone — to record audio for the voice changer and live effects
- Camera — to show your face in the fake video call preview
- Motion — to detect shake gestures for simulators like whip crack and Howard's Ring
- Notifications — if you enable optional alerts
You can revoke permissions at any time in iPhone Settings → Prank Master.
3.3 Purchases & subscriptions
If you subscribe to Prank Master Pro, payment is processed by Apple. We receive subscription status and related receipt information needed to unlock premium features. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
3.4 Analytics & advertising
We may use third-party services that collect limited technical or usage information, such as:
- Device type, operating system version, and App version
- Crash or performance data if you opt in to sharing diagnostics with developers via Apple
Subscribers may see fewer or no ads depending on App configuration.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide sounds, simulators, fake calls, voice effects, and screen pranks
- Validate and manage Prank Master Pro subscriptions
- Improve reliability, security, and user experience
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to support requests
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Storage & retention
Settings and voice clips remain on your device until you delete the App or clear relevant App data. Subscription records are retained as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or accounting requirements.
If you contact support, we retain correspondence for a reasonable period to resolve your request.
6. Sharing & third parties
We may share limited information with:
- Apple Inc. — App Store purchases and system services
- Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
7. Device permissions
Audio and video captured by the voice changer and fake call features are processed on your device. We do not upload your recordings to our servers unless you explicitly share a clip using iOS share features to a service of your choice.
8. Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent (for example, microphone or camera permissions) at any time via device settings
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (EEA/UK users)
Because most App data is stored on your device, you can remove it by deleting the App or revoking permissions. For subscription management, use Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information as defined by California law.
9. Children
Prank Master is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. International users
If you use the App outside your home country, information may be processed on your device and by Apple or service providers in accordance with their terms. By using the App, you understand that those providers may process data in countries where they operate.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the App where appropriate.
