How do I play prank sounds?
Open Prank Master and tap Sounds from the home screen. Browse categories, tap any sound to play it instantly. Use the volume slider to boost output on supported devices.
How do simulators work?
Simulators like Gun, Taser, and Bomb use haptics and screen flash for a realistic feel. Some simulators (Whip, Howard's Ring) respond to shake gestures — make sure motion access is enabled when prompted.
Why can't I use the voice changer?
Prank Master needs microphone permission for recording. Go to Settings → Prank Master → Microphone and enable access. Camera permission is also required for fake video call previews.
Fake calls aren't showing video
Ensure camera permission is granted and your device supports the selected character video. Try closing and reopening the fake call screen, or restart the app if playback stalls.
What's included in Prank Master Pro?
Pro unlocks all premium sounds, exclusive simulators, unlimited fake calls, voice effects, screen pranks, and removes ads. Free users may have limited access to certain features.
How do I cancel Prank Master Pro?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Prank Master → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
How do I restore my purchase?
On the subscription screen in the app or in Settings, tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
What does the 3-day free trial include?
Eligible new subscribers receive Prank Master Pro access for three days. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, Apple automatically bills the weekly subscription shown on the paywall.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
