Phone Cleaner: AI Cleaning ("the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the App, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By downloading or using Phone Cleaner: AI Cleaning, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

3. Information we collect
3.1 Information processed on your device
Core library features process data on your iPhone. When you use Phone Cleaner: AI Cleaning, the App may access:
- Photos & videos — to scan for duplicates, similar items, large files, compression, conversion, and optional deletion you approve
- Contacts — to find duplicate entries and help you merge or organize them
- Local scan results — storage estimates, selected items, and in-app preferences
- Converted or compressed outputs — files you choose to save back to your library or share
We do not require you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number to use core App features.
3.2 Information stored on your device
Scan results, settings, and onboarding state are stored locally on your iPhone (for example, using UserDefaults and on-device caches). We do not operate our own cloud database for your photo or contact content unless we explicitly tell you otherwise in a future update.
3.3 Device permissions
Phone Cleaner: AI Cleaning may request access to:
- Photo Library — to scan, compress, convert, and save processed media
- Contacts — to detect and manage duplicate contacts
You can revoke these permissions at any time in iPhone Settings → Phone Cleaner: AI Cleaning.
3.4 Purchases & subscriptions
If you subscribe to Phone Cleaner: AI Cleaning Premium, payment is processed by Apple. We receive subscription status and related receipt information needed to unlock premium features. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
3.5 Analytics, configuration & advertising
We may use third-party services that collect limited technical or usage information, such as:
- Firebase Analytics & Remote Config — aggregated usage events and remote feature settings to improve the App
- Google AdMob — if you are not subscribed, the App may show ads; AdMob may collect device and ad interaction data according to Google's policies
- Device type, operating system version, and App version
- Crash or performance data if you opt in to sharing diagnostics with developers via Apple
3.6 App Tracking Transparency
On supported iOS versions, we may ask for permission to track your device across other companies' apps and websites for advertising measurement (for example, to understand ad campaign performance). If you deny permission, we respect your choice and do not access the advertising identifier (IDFA) for that purpose.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide photo cleaning, contact tools, compression, conversion, audio extraction, and speed-test features
- Validate and manage Phone Cleaner: AI Cleaning Premium subscriptions
- Display ads to non-subscribers and measure ad performance when permitted
- Improve reliability, security, and user experience through analytics and remote configuration
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to support requests
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Storage & retention
Scan data and preferences remain on your device until you delete the App or clear relevant App data. Subscription records are retained as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or accounting requirements.
If you contact support, we retain correspondence for a reasonable period to resolve your request.
6. Sharing & third parties
We may share limited information with:
- Apple Inc. — App Store purchases and system services
- Google (Firebase, AdMob) — analytics, remote configuration, and advertising as described above
- Service providers — only if we later use additional tools that require processors; we will update this policy if that changes
- Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
We do not upload your photo library or contact list to our own servers for advertising purposes.
7. Photos & contacts
Photo and contact data accessed by Phone Cleaner: AI Cleaning is used to provide the features you request. Processing happens on your device unless a feature clearly states otherwise. We do not use your photos or contacts for unrelated advertising profiles.
Deletions and merges you confirm in the App affect data on your device (and iCloud-backed libraries according to your Apple settings). Always review items before deleting.
8. App tracking & ads
You can control tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your iPhone. Subscribers may see fewer or no ads depending on App configuration. Denying tracking does not block free features that do not require a subscription, subject to feature limits shown in the App.
9. Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent (for example, photo, contact, or tracking permissions) at any time via device settings
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (EEA/UK users)
Because most library data is processed on your device, you can remove it by deleting the App or revoking permissions. For subscription management, use Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information as defined by California law.
10. Children
Phone Cleaner: AI Cleaning is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
11. International users
If you use the App outside your home country, information may be processed on your device and by Apple or service providers (such as Google) in accordance with their terms. By using the App, you understand that those providers may process data in countries where they operate.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the App where appropriate.
