How do I scan for duplicate photos?
Open the Library tab and start a scan. Grant Photo Library access when prompted. After the scan completes, review duplicate, similar, or large items before deleting anything.
Why can't Phone Cleaner: AI Cleaning access my photos?
Go to Settings → Phone Cleaner: AI Cleaning → Photos and choose "Full Access" or "Limited Access" as needed. If you previously denied access, enable it there and relaunch the App.
How do duplicate contacts work?
Phone Cleaner: AI Cleaning reads contacts on your device to find duplicates. Enable Contacts permission in Settings → Phone Cleaner: AI Cleaning. Merges you confirm update contacts on your iPhone (and iCloud if enabled).
Is my data uploaded to your servers?
Photo and contact scanning is processed on your device. We do not operate a cloud copy of your library for scanning. See our Privacy Policy for analytics and advertising details.
How do I cancel Phone Cleaner: AI Cleaning Premium?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Phone Cleaner: AI Cleaning → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
How do I restore my purchase?
On the subscription screen in the App, tap Restore. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
What does the 3-day free trial include?
Eligible new subscribers receive premium access for three days. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, Apple automatically bills the weekly subscription shown on the paywall.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
