1. Agreement
By using Phone Cleaner: AI Cleaning, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to the Phone Cleaner: AI Cleaning mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
Phone Cleaner: AI Cleaning helps you manage your photo library and files on your iPhone, including tools to find duplicate or large photos and videos, manage duplicate contacts, compress images, convert images to PDF, extract audio from videos, and test network download speed. Some features require an optional subscription ("Phone Cleaner: AI Cleaning Premium").
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid removing core functionality you have paid for during an active subscription period without a suitable alternative.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
4. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and App Store rules.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App except as allowed by law
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
5. Subscriptions & purchases
5.1 Phone Cleaner: AI Cleaning Premium
Certain features require a paid auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple's App Store (product ID: weekly_sub). Pricing is shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region and currency.
5.2 Free trial
Eligible users may receive a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid weekly plan and Apple charges your Apple ID account.
5.3 Billing & renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
5.4 Restore purchases
You may restore prior purchases using the "Restore" option in the App, subject to Apple's policies and your purchase history.
5.5 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple, not the developer. See reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple's support documentation.
5.6 Apple terms
In addition to these Terms, your use of in-app purchases is subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) and App Store terms. Apple is not a party to these Terms except as described in Section 14 below.
6. Data & library disclaimer
Phone Cleaner: AI Cleaning provides tools to help you review and manage files on your device. Storage estimates and duplicate detection are provided for convenience and may not be perfectly accurate. You are solely responsible for reviewing items before deleting, merging contacts, or modifying files.
We recommend maintaining backups (for example, via iCloud or your computer) before permanent deletion. We are not responsible for loss of photos, videos, contacts, or other data you choose to remove using the App.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:
- Interfering with or disrupting the App or its servers
- Attempting unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
- Uploading malware or harmful code
- Using the Service in violation of applicable laws
8. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, graphics, text, logos, and software, is owned by the developer or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license in Section 4, no rights are granted to you.
9. Third-party services
The Service integrates with Apple services (App Store, Photo Library, Contacts, etc.) and may use Google services (Firebase, AdMob). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER OF PHONE CLEANER: AI CLEANING WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.
14. Apple-specific terms
These Terms are between you and the developer of Phone Cleaner: AI Cleaning, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you as a beneficiary.
To the extent any term conflicts with Apple's required EULA terms for licensed applications, Apple's terms prevail for those conflicting provisions.
15. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law in your jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us first at ammadrazzaq181@gmail.com before pursuing formal proceedings, where permitted by law.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the new Terms, stop using the Service and cancel any subscription.
